Cancellation Policy

At Dermacne, we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process that respects both our patients and clinical team’s time. By booking a consultation or subscribing to our service, you agree to the following cancellation terms.

1. Consultation Appointments

– Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment without charge.

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, the team will review the circumstances and may exercise discretion where reasonable.

– Missed Appointments: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full consultation fee (£150) will be charged and will not be refundable.

2. Subscription Services

– The monthly subscription fee (£250) covers medication, blood tests, pregnancy testing (where applicable), follow-up reviews, and clinical monitoring.

– You may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ written notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

– Cancellation requests should be submitted by email to bookings@dermacne.co.uk

– Refunds are not available once a new subscription month has started, medication has been dispensed, or clinical services have been provided.

3. Refunds

– Refunds will only be issued if Dermacne is unable to provide the service due to clinic error, technical failure, or clinician unavailability, and no suitable alternative appointment can be arranged.

No refunds will be granted for:

– Completed consultations

– Dispensed medications- Blood or pregnancy tests already conducted

– Missed or late appointments

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies may occur. If you are unable to attend a consultation due to serious illness or other exceptional circumstances, please contact our team as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule your appointment without additional cost.

5. Service Cancellations by Dermacne

Dermacne reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary. In such cases:

– Patients will be notified as soon as possible.

– An alternative date or clinician will be offered.

– If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund for the affected service will be provided.
